I first met Caitlin and Marius at Lucy and Ben’s wedding last year, so to be asked to also be a part of their big day was definitely a no brainer for me. I love when my bookings come in from referrals as it feels like you’re already a part of the family when you arrive.
Caitlin and Marius were fortunate for their wedding day to take place at Marius’ family home. They had a marquee wedding celebration in the back garden which was decorated with amazing florals from Blue Hen Flowers, and also from flowers home grown by Marius’ mother.
It was a damp day, with the drizzle holding on right until after the meal, but these two didn’t let it ruin the day – in fact all their guests were in high spirits and secretly happy for a cool day after the heatwave earlier that week!
There was so much at this wedding to make it so beautiful – the decor, touching speeches, their choreographed first dance and of course their smiling happy selves!
