Older Babies
Older babies are always welcome in the studio, seeing their little personalities develop after that very first smile is such a blessing. If you missed a newborn session right now is still the perfect time to capture your tiny new person!
My Colchester based baby photography studio has plenty of sensory toys, a cosy rug for tummy time and lots of gorgeous natural light to really make your little one star of the show. I also let baby lead the way, letting them explore and get comfortable before I start snapping away.
Older baby sessions are for babies from 8 weeks old right up to their first birthday. I'll also encourage parents and siblings into the photos to truly capture this fleeting but fun time.

To book a photo session with me all that is required upfront is a £100 booking fee.
After this you choose which products you would like after you see your images.
Every photo session includes a minimum of 5 digital images to download with packages starting at £185.

A welcoming studio space, kept warm and cosy for baby. Refreshments, space to feed and change baby. You can relax while I snap away.
Photos viewable within 7-10 days, and a few sneak peeks on instagram (if you're happy to) 3 days after your shoot.
Choose your images to download right away and decide whether you'd like any prints, frames or albums too.

book your shoot
Around 3 - 9 months is ideal. Baby will be rolling or even sitting or pulling to stand in this age bracket. Its a fun time to capture the memories!
Stick to neutral clothing to really keep the focus on baby. I have an extensive studio wardrobe for you to choose from if you don't have anything suitable.
We want baby to be happy so if they're feeling poorly please get in touch to reschedule asap.
There is time to settle and feed baby at the shoot so we can hopefully turn a unsettled baby round!
Rolling babies photoshoots last a maximum of 1.5 hours. Its totally baby led and we can stop for cuddles, milk and changing as neccessary.
