As soon as you step into my cosy studio just outside Colchester, you'll be enveloped by the warm and inviting atmosphere, accentuated by the natural light flooding through the large windows. My goal is to create a comfortable and relaxing space for you and your little one, ensuring that we capture those precious early moments perfectly.
My approach to photography is organic and timeless, with a focus on showcasing the natural beauty of your baby. I don't believe in using elaborate props or forceful posing that can detract from your baby's essence. Instead, I love to let your baby take the lead and capture their unique personality and character in a comfortable and relaxed setting.

To book a photo session with me all that is required upfront is a £100 booking fee.
After this you choose which products you would like after you see your images.
Every photo session includes a minimum of 5 digital images to download with packages starting at £185.

If you want to document your journey from bump to baby my 'Watch Me Grow' collection encapsulates three milestones* at a reduced price if booking at the same time. I'll pre-book your sessions throughout babies first year and add their new images into their online gallery each time.
This is a great package for collating a collection of milestone memories of you and your baby. You'll see just how much they have changed from session to session and ensure you have beautiful photography to look back on.

A welcoming studio space, kept warm and cosy for baby. Refreshments, space to feed and change baby. You can relax while I snap away.
Photos viewable within 7-10 days, and a few sneak peeks on instagram (if you're happy to) 3 days after your shoot.

what is the best age for a newborn shoot?
how soon after my baby is born should i book?

book your shoot
Ideally babies should be under 14 days to ensure they are nice and sleepy. But you can book up to a month old.
I advise booking before baby is born after your 20 week scan. The shoot is flexible according to baby's birthday!
if baby doesn't want to be put down we can do lots of cuddly shots instead. But I allow lots of time for feeding, burping and cuddling to ensure baby can fully relax.
I allow up to 2.5 hours for newborns. Most of this time will be spent feeding, burping and changing! But we want to create a relaxed cosy atmosphere for them to drift off to sleep.
