Tomorrow marks the start of the wedding season for me, and I’m literally raring to go. Now that we’ve had a spell of sunshine and dry weather I’m excited to get back out photographing weddings every weekend.
Beginning the season with Helen and David’s wedding is even more exciting, as they booked me fairly last minute, so it seems like we haven’t really had much time between confirming things and actually getting started on the process, but it has meant I’ve got to know them both really quickly. Their wedding takes place tomorrow at Maison Talbooth in Dedham, a venue I adore as it feels very personal and intimate, almost like you’re getting married at home.
I know there are lots of fun things planned for their guests, and hopefully if the sunshine sticks around there will be some paddling from the guests in the swimming pool too!
It was only last month that Helen, David and I met up at Southwold Pier for their engagement shoot, we managed to dodge the rain and capture some really fun photos of the two of them. So sit back and enjoy, and make sure you head back to the blog on Monday for their wedding day sneak peek!
