A Summer Wedding At Crows Hall
On Saturday Sarah and Alex got married in Charsfield followed by a reception at the stunning Crows Hall. I started my day with Sarah at home, for what to be the most laid back and relaxed getting ready preparations I had ever been a part of. In fact, I think we (along with her bridesmaid Alex) spent the whole morning just chatting!
Being such a relaxed morning meant the whole day went so smoothly, everybody was ready on time and nobody was stressed. Though I shouldn’t have expected anything else as Sarah and her family (mainly her Dad) are never late for anything!
The church they chose to get married at was the same one in which her brother, Parents and Grandparents were married so it was lovely to see that tradition continued. The church also had a few mentions of her Grandfather on the pews as well. Alex was equally relaxed when we arrived at the church to meet him, and although he was slightly nervous it didn’t show at all!
After the ceremony guests made their way through the Suffolk countryside to Crows Hall in Debenham for reception drinks in the gardens followed by a tasty meal in the barn which Sarah had decked out with greenery (an ode to her gardening talents!). All that was really missing was their chickens! (But they were there in spirit!)
Here’s a few of my favourites from their day below…
And here is what Gemma and I got up to behind the scenes via Snapchat…
