I really love autumn! The colours this time of t=year are just incredible, and when you throw some beautiful golden light into the mix as well things are just perfect. This is exactly what was given to us the day of Abbi and Simons engagement shoot at Castle Park in Colchester.
Abbi and Simon chose the Castle Park as its a place they used to visit a lot together when first met. We spent the morning exploring both the upper and lower park (and trying to avoid the Colchester Castle parkrun runners!!) and were really lucky to have most of the park to ourselves. Meeting early in the morning will do that! But it also means there is less of an audience. As most of my couples are, Abbi and Simon were a little apprehensive about the engagement shoot, and after lots of giggles these two quickly settled into their shoot and also had lots of ideas of their own too.
It’s not long now until their big day, which is taking place in February next year. We have our fingers crossed for a nice crisp winters day, and some more low sunshine please 🙂
