Back in May this year I photographed Kimberly and Sam’s big day. They had their wedding ceremony and Doddinghurst Church, Brentwood, just 5 minutes away from where Kimberley got ready, giving us plenty of time to get some stunning shots of Kimberley as she prepared. I love the black and white shot of Kimberley looking in the mirror, offering a glimpse of the back of her gorgeous tea length gown, which she designed herself.
After the service we headed over to Friern Manor for the reception, with the bride and groom arriving in an amazing car. It made for some great shots of them, with Sam looking very 007! I then stole some time to get the happy couple on their own and between the Georgian Manor house and the stunning gardens we were able to capture some really gorgeous pictures. I love the garden shots where Kimberley’s luminous smile lights up the scene, despite some of the ominous clouds gathering in the background! Luckily the clouds didn’t bring any rain and we were able to return outside after the wedding meal and take some beautiful photos in a cornfield as the sun set behind Kimberley and Sam. These are some of my favourite pictures of the day, as Kimberley and Sam share a loving look at one another.
