Jenny and Joe originally planned to have their engagement shoot on the beach, but also wanted to bring along their puppy Bushkin, who isn’t overly fond of sand! So we thought again, and decided that to keep Bushkin happy and more at ease to head to a more familiar environment. Jenny and Joe often take walks with their pup around fields near where they live so when I stumbled across this gorgeous cornfield a while back whilst walking my own dog I knew it would be perfect for them. (Plus the fields had plenty of open areas to sneak in without being caught and told off by farmers!!)
The sun was shining and it was so hot we felt like we were on holiday for this photo shoot, which was just the most perfect conditions for such a stunning vista. Jenny and Joe were loads of fun, laughed at my jokes and were just so comfortable in front of the camera that they made my job easy. Bushkin also got in the spotlight too, and for such a little dog did well on the trek we took in and out of fields for some gorgeous shots!
It was hard to pick just one photo from this shoot, but I finally settled on this for their sneak peek….
And of course, Bushkin gets his own sneak peek too… Here he is relieved that the walk had ended!
psst… I’ve also heard rumours he’ll be coming along to the wedding!!
