Kayte and Steve’s big day at Prested Hall finally arrived yesterday, and I think I can safely say it blew everybody away! When these two decided to put their own stamp on their wedding day, they really meant it and the whole day was a complete visual feast entirely true to themselves. There wasn’t an ounce of tradition, and it was utterly perfect.
Both Steve and Kayte were full of nerves in the morning, worried mainly about standing up in front of everyone to say their vows, but the day really went without a hitch, and with lots of lovely memorable moments. Moments like Steve’s son Freddy giving a speech (to which not a dry eye remained afterwards!) really quirky and completely spot on readings during the ceremony and lastly a surprise serenade from Steve backed up by the awesome band Jupiter Ray.
However that wasn’t all, as the day came to a close guests were encourage to don outrageous hats, ink themselves up in transferrable tattoo’s and dance the night away!
Also, I loved the way these two dressed! A bride in a leather jacket?! Yes please!!
