Yesterday couldn’t have been more perfect for Gemma and Tom, they had chosen the most incredible day to get married with bright sunshiny skies all day long.
They got married at All Saints Church in Brightlingsea, a huge beautiful church flooded with light and a ceremony which was full of smiles and laughter as their vicar gave a lovely sermon. Afterwards the newlyweds stepped outside to the biggest onslaught of confetti I have ever seen at a wedding! Take note everyone, the more confetti the better the photos, and I cannot wait to show them theirs from that moment in time!
After their photos at church Gemma and Tom took a ride in their red campervan to Harwich for their reception at The Pier Hotel right beside the sea. I whisked them off to the pier for some photos whilst their guests sipped on pimms in the sunshine. After that followed some great speeches, by Gemma’s step-dad and Tom’s brother who was also his best man.
Just before their evening guests arrived, I drove them into the town to have some photos outside the electric palace, in ode to their first date at the cinema, and I just loved this shot which I had to choose for their sneak peek!
