I love to be able to connect with the other suppliers involved in your wedding day. Often they may ask for images to use in their portfolios which I am always happy to provide.
If you are happy for them to use your images to help promote their hard work, then please list the people that made your big day a reality below.
Use the space below to let me know about anything I may have missed above. If you're having a surprise choreographed first dance, providing a magician, plan to give certain people gifts etc let me know so I can be prepared.
If there are any difficult family situations I should be aware of too, please let me know.

This is a rough guide to timings on your wedding day. Please fill out the times that apply to you and mention what will be happening. Once I receive this I will advise the best time for me to arrive in the morning to capture everything I need, and also let you know what time I will depart.
I will also advise the best times for group photos and couple photos depending on what else is going on too, so don't worry if you aren't sure when these should be taken.
Don't worry about filling in every single time slot. Concentrate on the ones you need.
If you require more group photos (i.e - if you have step families etc) this can be accommodated, but will require more time. Please keep this in mind when adding extra groups.
Please note there is usually only about 30 minutes to get your formal group shots taken so keeping these to a minimum will help me to keep to your timeline and not cut into your wedding day too much. (Plus, everyone will want to get to the bar!)
I advise that you select no more than 5 - 8 groups for formal shots, as each photo can take between 5-10 minutes to arrange (including locating each guest as everyone ALWAYS wanders off!)
In the spaces below please write the relation to you and each persons name. It may also be helpful for you to provide this list to a member of your wedding party who will be able to help me identify all of the individuals required for these photos.
Please supply the address of both your reception venue and ceremony venue including postcodes. Please mention any issues (such as difficult parking at the church, having to use pay and display car-parks or directions if the sat nav wont find the postcode)
If yes, have you checked your venue or churches rules regarding throwing confetti?
Some churches have very strict rules regarding photography. Whilst some will allow it others ban it or only allow it at certain times. Please check ahead of your wedding day to avoid any disappointment.
Although not required it is always appreciated if a hot meal can be provided for my assistant and myself on the day. This needn't be the same meal you are supplying your guests with and many venues supply 'vendor meals' at a reduced rate. You do not need to worry about seating us with your guests as we will use the time during the wedding breakfast to re-charge batteries and download memory cards. If food is provided do let us know so we know not to pack a picnic ourselves.
