Kirsten + George – Married! (Spring Wedding at Gaynes Park)

Kirsten and Georges wedding day couldn’t come soon enough for me, after a long winter, the first wedding back of the year is always an exciting one. However, starting on this one was exceptional as not only did they have the most incredible spring day at Gaynes Park (so many daffodils and teeny tiny lambs!) but Kirsten is going to be a second shooter for me this year so it felt extra special to be a part of her wedding day as well.

I begun my morning with Kirsten and her mum and bridesmaids in the apple loft. It was a lovely calm atmosphere as the girls got ready and Kirstens brother Karl popped in and out (between happy tears!). I then headed over to see George for a few photos before the ceremony begun as he and his brothers greeted their guests at the Orangery.

After a beautiful ceremony (where I’m pleased to say George was taken aback saying his vows! I love an emotional groom!) the mild day meant guests could mingle and chat outdoors whilst we went off for a few photos before all coming together for the celebrations in the evening.

Kirsten and George have a week back at work before their honeymoon, so I’ve posted some of the highlights of their day below to tide them over until the full gallery is ready (and they head off to Thailand!).

Enjoy!
