It has been so long since my last session due to the dreaded covid. So when the weather decided it was also going to become a problem you can imagine how upset I was that I may have to reschedule – again!
Luckily, like me Georgia and Martin were getting sick of rescheduling everything too so we decided to brave it, keep the date in the diary and shoot their session come rain or shine. And we got it all. Sunshine, 40mph wind and rain. We even broke one of Georgia’s shoes, my umbrella turned inside out and had an interfering horse to contend with! What a wild first shoot back!
However, it was so nice to get out and chat weddings again. To be making plans and talking about Georgia and Martin’s upcoming big day this September felt like life had finally gone back to normal and I cannot wait to be in the mix of all that excitement again very soon.
