Beatrix & Harry – Engaged! (Farm Engagement)

I don’t think there is a better start to the Easter bank holiday than to spend it on a farm with beautiful yellow rape seed fields as far as the eye can see and tiny newborn lambs making their first steps. So you can imagine my excitement when Harry and Bea told me this is exactly where they wanted their photos to take place.

Heading out the back of their home we started off with the rape seed fields, where they got used to being in front of a camera and posing. After nine years together lovely, dovey in public doesn’t always come naturally but they soon settled into it and trusted my ideas to make this gorgeous selection of photos.

Having their shoot on the family farm also meant I got to see where the big day will be taking place. Bea has been tenderly mowing and caring for the lawn where the marquee will be on the day and I can’t wait to see it all come together for them.

For now here’s a few photos from our session, with more to come for them very soon…
