Sophie had booked me online before she and Carl even had a date and wedding plan set in stone, because she had been following my work for a while and knew she wanted me there to capture their wedding photos – there really is no bigger compliment than that!!
So, after a few postponements because of rain, yesterday evening I finally got the chance to meet up with Sophie and Carl for their engagement session.
It took place in Bradfield woods near to where they live, where the bluebells were on their last legs (but we made it work!). We also stumbled across some wild garlic and then took a drive out to some nearby rape seed fields. It was basically summer in an hour and a half!
