We've just set our date for June 2017, and booked all the main logistical things, now we're onto the fun stuff! All we know is we want a carefree day and a chance to bring everyone together for lots of fun. Oh, and of course, guest of honour will be our puppy Tagg (who is definitely not a puppy anymore!)
For me I know that photography will play a huge part in our day, and I know I'm biased being a wedding photographer and all. But... I want to be sure that once the day is over we'll have an incredible collection of memories to hold onto forever and look back on for the rest of our married lives.
When I planned my wedding I suffered from serious decision overwhelm! So below I've put together some resources to make the planning process much more fun for you.
A 6x9 wedding planner guiding you through the process of planning your big day. This book includes a 18 month checklist and tips and advice for each supplier.
I wrote this following my own wedding day and included lots of templates and advice for those just embarking on their planning.
Accompanying the guide are two excel spreadsheets to help you track your budget and guest list. Giving you running totals of the money you are spending and presenting it in pretty graphs too!
Here is where you'll find my latest work. Weddings and Engagement shoots are added just days after being taken. If you have a search you may find your wedding venue!
As well as real weddings you'll spot a few wedding planning posts too written from experience to help you plan your wedding day effectively.
I use my blog as a portfolio, so its the best place to go for my most current work.
Check out Get Wed Podcast for a weekly dose of wedding real talk. Each week I along with my friend Katie cover a different wedding related topic to help you with your wedding plans.
We also both speak about our own wedding days and take you on our journey from planning a wedding to getting married
